The I³ Platform
I³: Discovering biology beyond correlation
The Intellomx I³ platform combines proprietary machine learning, swarm intelligence and network inference to model human disease as an interconnected biological system.
Rather than relying primarily on published research or conventional gene-expression rankings, we analyse large-scale human molecular datasets to investigate which factors may be driving disease and how they interact.
A human-data-first approach
I³ can integrate transcriptomic, genomic, proteomic, epigenetic and relevant clinical datasets. Multiple analytical models are compared across datasets; recurring findings are prioritised to help address instability, noise and false discovery. The outcome is an interpretable, evidence-led view of disease pathways and candidate therapeutic targets.
An integrated discovery workflow
1. REVEAL THE BIOLOGY — Identify disease-associated molecular features and reconstruct pathways.
2. IDENTIFY THE DRIVERS — Model causal influence within biological networks and rank potential targets.
3. ANTICIPATE LIABILITIES — Apply organ-specific Digital Twin pathway models to flag potential off-target concerns.
4. LINK TARGETS TO THERAPIES — Investigate candidate molecules, response biomarkers and experimental validation strategies.
From insight to actionable output
Depending on the project, partners may receive ranked target lists, pathway models, supporting data, hypotheses for mechanism of action, biomarker opportunities, candidate molecule profiles and recommendations for laboratory validation. Outputs are scoped to the decisions the partner needs to make.
Inside the I³ platform
Its component capabilities include Distiller for biomarker discovery; Driver for target influence; Miner for pathway reconstruction; Digital Twin for potential safety liabilities; Engage for target-to-molecule linkage; and Precise for diagnostic and response panels.
AI that complements experimental science
Computational predictions are a starting point for disciplined validation, not a substitute for laboratory or clinical evidence. Intellomx integrates its modelling with targeted experimental work and external validation where appropriate.
